Tasting Notes
Like any valuable history the Transcendentalist employs the past to transfigure our understanding of the present and what will be in the days to come. If the IX/X/XI edition is any indication of what will be, there is much to look forward to. Scents of black cherry, grilled fig, caraway and fresh tilled earth breathe up from a harmonious palate of cherries jubilee, soft tar, wild fennel, croissant and mincemeat with piqued, spicy, cinnamon-laced tannins. Best if poured heartily with the closest of friends over evening-long dinners.
