The 2019 Reserve Viognier opens with aromas of winter honeysuckle, apricot, lemon balm and gingersnaps and continues with a hint of wildflower honey and petrichor. This full bodied white has a lovely balance of crisp acidity and a lush mouthfeel.
60% White Hawk Vineyard, 40% Bien Nacido. Block 19.
100% barrel fermentation.
Serving Recommendations: Chill slightly, 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator, pull the cork and enjoy. Aging potential 4-6 years.
