Wine Profile

Tasting Notes In the quilted heat of summer it is difficult to find refuge, but there is one place of solace. It cannot be shown but must be found. At the trough between broad mountains, there flows a spring stream. Its banks are downy with herbs, berries, flowers and ferns. As you descend from the hillside you are met with the scent of blackberries, fennel, Jeffrey pine, English strawberries and wild rose. Drawing closer to the life-giving waters, its magic becomes apparent as you can taste in the air a cocktail of sweet spice: charred cherry, cinnamon stick, clove oil, fresh basil and blonde tobacco all leaping to your eager senses, relieving you the burdensome world above. This is Circe’s island, the price to stay is giving up your memory of the world above.
